His first book, The 30-Second Body, is being published by Penguin Random House and hits shelves everywhere in March 2015.

Named one of the sexiest trainers in the country by SELF magazine, one of the six hottest trainers to watch by DETAILS and America’s sexiest trainer by COSMOPOLITAN, Adam has become a fixture in some of the glossiest magazines in print and highest rated shows on TV, but is proudest that he’s most often referred to as “The People’s Trainer” for his commitment to helping people break the fitness code without breaking the bank or their sanity.

He is certified as a CFT and Specialist in Fitness Nutrition through the International Sports Sciences Association and is also a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. If you get the opportunity, ask him about that sometime. It’s a funny story.
